Everybody Do The Flop is a skit from asdfmovie6 and 7 in which Mr. Flop , an 'asdf-ised' LilDeuceDeuce character, slides into a scene with 4 people standing in the background, before kicking in the air singing "Everybody do the flop!". When he does this and lands back onto his feet, the 4 people and he fall flat onto their faces simultaneously.
The gag is repeated in asdfmovie 7 where 3 people try to talk another person who is standing on top of a tall building out of commiting suicide. During their negotiations, the 'Do The Flop guy' once again slides in and tells everyone to do the flop, to which they do. The fourth person flops off of the building and ultimately falls to his death.

Other YouTubers have made parodies of this skit, including skits such as 'Everybody Do The Flop In Real Life' in which clips of people flopping onto their fronts, sides and backs as a result of stupid actions or falling are shown. Other parodies include a Minecraft version, and a version dubbed 'Real Life' where a green screen is used to mimic the movement.
