"The Muffin Song" is a music video by TomSka released on Friday, May 11th, 2018, featuring Mr. Muffin (also known as the Suicidal Muffin) in his first major appearance, as well as including other asdfmovie characters. It is the first asdfmovie content released in 2018. It features lyrics by TomSka and music by the Gregory Brothers, also known as Schmoyoho (best known for Songify the News). Much of the audio is autotuned pieces from previous asdfmovies.

TomSka, assuring audiences that the video is not meant to say he hates asdfmovie (quite the opposite), explained in his vlog "Do I Hate asdfmovie?" that the song is mostly about his feelings on how long the series has been going on and how difficult it is for him to relate to the circa-2007 humor the series is based off of.
In the shots of TomSka at convention appearances for asdfmovie, he is featured with two characters from the series (one who looks like the I Like Trains Kid and the other one who taught the Llama to drive), who gradually disappear. This represents the death of his friend Edd Gould and the breakdown of his friendship with Chris Bingham (which thankfully has been rekindled), who respectively voiced these characters.
This song was used frequently on the social media platform TikTok, getting a lot of hate for that reason due to its context being lost.
